No, almost all the pins are made of 316L surgical steel, a high quality alloy used in the medical sector and also by the Swiss watch industry. We chose this alloy for its durability, and its hygienic properties, it is in fact very resistant to corrosion and contains no traces of lead and does not release nickel.

The remaining part is generally 18k gold plated and is still nickel tested.
